Dreno33 Master of Proxying

Hello, I am the creator of TapDown Duels. TapDown Duels is an idea a few of us users on Tappedout came up with to bring the community weekly duels against each other for entertainment and discussion purposes. We can throw two decks up against each other and in the end help each other improve on those Dueled decks, as the amazing Tappedout Community we are.

We use cockatrice (see below for details) and I record the Duels and post them on youtube. The videos will be uploaded on TapDown Duels' very own Youtube Channel. Then, the video will be posted in its very own article to show the results!

I started playing when Gatecrash came out. Specifically, January 31st, 2013. My brother started playing when he lived In Humboldt, CA and when he moved back down he got my girlfriend into it since she used to play Yu-Gi-Oh. Now she has taught me both games, and I'm addicted to MTG while she remain loyal to her game (even though I beat her with my DD deck every time, haha!)

Anyways, I am a college student at CSU Stanislaus in Turlock, CA and play casually. I proxy everything to play just with friends (since I don't like to spend money). This is my go-to hobby and only get to play once a week at FNM with local friends. I am a learning player and always open to tips to anything Magic-related. If you have read this far, then you obviously are bored because as I am writing this, haha.

I love creating concept decks so if you ever have one send it my way and I can try to create a rough draft and am willing to work it out to perfection with the best available cards out there with you. Many of my decks are just that. Take a look, I always love a second voice. Thanks for reading. Post on my wall anytime, I tend to login daily.

Ripjaw Raptor needs to be a 4x in this deck. even though Tenacious Hunter fits the theme, the ripjaw is still so much better.

But i think you should cut the Rhonas's Last Stand. not worth it t2, not worth it as a top deck late game...

FullmetalWes, i tried fitting in attune in the first draft, but the commune was just so much stronger in here. like, SUPER good. i really like harnessed lightning because it always does 3 damage, but can save some extra energy if i need to use it on a smaller creature, allowing my next copy to be upgraded. aether hubs are solely in here for the extra energy, not mana fixing. but you have a good argument that Abrade could be good mainboard do to the amount of artifacts that could see play. idk though.

oldmanm0nk3y - Dynavolt Tower is an incredible card and definitely helps Harnessed Lightning, but only in the right deck. this is not one of those decks. Harnessed Lightning, at it's worst, is a limited Lightning Strike. the good thing is you can increase just from Aether Hubs and previous Harnessed Lightnings that killed 1-2 toughness creatures. red/green doesn't have much good removal, 4 copies of both lightnings work well to fill the role of killing midcombat, early aggro, and utility creatures (like mana dorks)
