Love as good Boros deck, if I had to give any feedback personally i'd be more comfortable with a cool 22 lands. I know the cmc is quite low but consistency is key.

I may be biased but I would personally like to see Slivers taken seriously as a 'main villain' sort of threat. Maybe Rukamurel uses something like the Hivestone to control them as a weapon or the Omenpaths somehow come to connect Sliver hives on other planes with eachother making them a force of far greater numbers and potential than they've ever been depicted.
