Hi, I would recommend to put Torment of Hailfire in this deck. The card is just brutal. With all the ramp you can cast it for a lot or you cast it early in the game for X = 5-7 and it will crush your opponents.

Probaply cut able: Worm Harvest looks strong at first sight but then I realized that I never cast this card because there are always better options or their are not many lands in the graveyard because Lord Windgrace doing work.

Hi, I build a pirat tribal deck myself and had a lot of fun with it. Here is my list if you want to give it a look: Recruit & Plunder.

I think Arcane Adaptation and/or Conspiracy would be good additions and they worked well for me. They let you play some non-pirates in your deck. The enchantments make creatures you stole from your opponents (propably non-pirates) also to pirates. So all the stolen creatures and your own non-pirates will synergize with the rest of your deck.

Have fun!

Hi, if you want to go with the aura strategie, Eldrazi Conscription could be fun.

Mesa Enchantress and Argothian Enchantress would also be good additions. You can never have enough cards in hand.

Femeref Enchantress is also an interesting card if you have to deal with a lot of mass enchantment removel.

Hey, the card Nim Deathmantle could be pretty good in your deck. Sac Kokusho let it die and get it back with Nim Deathmantle ... repeate. Your deck seems to be capable of producing a lot of mana with Cabal Coffers etc. so it might be a win con for you.

Hi, I would put some more of the copy effects in the deck like Reverberate . A little trick I learned while playing is if the Niv-Mizzet player counters Neheb you copy the counter with Reverberate or another similar spell. Then you target his counter with your copy of his counter spell. And of course you can use it to copy your big spells immediately or if it would get countert so that the copy resolves nonetheless.

Fury Storm , Increasing Vengeance , Reiterate . These are all good copy effects with upside.

Enchanter's Bane is probably a good card against the Tuvasa player. It does not cost much and will hit the Tuvasa player hard over time.

Another fun card with Etrata is Helm of the Host . If you put Mirror Gallery in your deck as suggested you should consider Rite of Replication . This card is realy funny in commander.

I agree with DRmagic2017 that you should put in some board wipes and more mana fixing. The tutors are not a must have in a deck. They are very good but you don't have to put them in a budget deck especially if the other players in your playgroup don't run them.

If card draw is your proplem consider Mentor of the Meek . Nearly every creature in the deck triggers it. And here are some artifact you could run for card draw: Endless Atlas , Staff of Nin and/or Mind's Eye

hi, even if he is not a human I think Sram, Senior Edificer would be a good addition to this deck. If you have Sram on the field you draw a lot of cards.

Hi, Emeria Shepherd would probably be a nice addition to this deck. Also the new card Smothering Tithe would be cool for additional ramp.

triproberts12 thanks for the deck link and the suggestions. I don't know if I need Rosheen Meanderer herself because Radha produces so much mana but I will consider her for sure if I notice that the deck needs more mana producers. Citanul Flute is very intresting. I didn't know the card before. It seems like a pretty good tutor card for the deck. The X hydras are really cheap to tutor and with all the mana you can tutor for nearly everything in this deck. So let's cut something. :D

I would also cut Rampant Growth for Sakura-Tribe Elder . It is the same effect on a creature so it is propably better for this deck because you can attack with Sakura-Tribe Elder get mana an additional mana from Radha. Then you can keep it around to generate more mana with Radha or sac it for the land. Farhaven Elf is also worth a mention. It is similar to the Sakura-Tribe Elder situation.

Hi, I also build a Radha deck recently. I would recommend to put cards like Dragon Fodder , Krenko's Command , Goblin Instigator or Saproling Migration in the deck. It will help out the deck tremendously to have a fast start and put your big creatures on the board early. Another good addition would be Beast Whisperer and the new Guardian Project to draw cards of your creatures.

If you like I can link my deck so you can have a look at it. :D Mine is a little bit of a hydra build.

Hi goconnor, Vedalken Orrery and Alchemist's Refuge does not allow you to activate Prime Speaker Vannifar in your opponents turns.

Here is the ruling for Vedalken Orrey (source:scryfall): This applies only to casting spells. It does not, for example, change when you may activate abilities that can only be activated “any time you could cast a sorcery”. (2010-06-15)

Thanks for the thoughts you put in my deck. I already thought about putting in some more mana-sinks. It would make a lot of sense. I think Rhonas the Indomitable and Nylea, God of the Hunt would make the deck a lot stronger in combat and that would be awesome. So they will be in the deck for sure if I can trade for them. The Token producer sinks are also a very good idea and I wanted to include some anyway. I am just not sure which are the best for this deck. Even if the deck is able to produce a lot of mana it is probably better to go with producers with cheap activation costs. So it would be a lot easier to rebuield after a boardwipe.

Hi, I would recommend you to get rid of the lands which enter the battlefield tapped like Swiftwater Cliffs. They are not necessary in a two colored deck and slow you down. Basics are probably better if you want to stay in a budget.

I noticed you have only two mana rocks in the deck which produce colored mana. Some more would be helpful to cast your commander as fast as possible and be able to protect it at the same time. Here are some: Darksteel Ingot, Coldsteel Heart, Fellwar Stone.
