Don't worry to much about the cost of Shorecrasher Elemental. It goes in mono-blue only, in essence, and Mono-blue ostensibly has a "bad" match-up against UB Control and the new GW Devotion deck, so it's likely to be under five dollars after initial release, so it should be acquired with ease. The community leaves it to people like you to make the card and this deck viable in ways competing with the best minds in the current meta. I wish you good luck on that. :)

@Viral_Assassin, non-bo is one of the ways to say "non-combo" or "negative combo" in MtG slang. In this case, it is a non-bo because, though Sidisi, Brood Tyrant makes zombies for Risen Executioner to pump and can mill the executioner to be recast, it also puts more creatures in the graveyard which, in turn, makes executioner harder to return to the battlefield.
