Zada, Hedron Grinder+Seize the Day, how would that work? do i just get to untap each creature, or do i get the extra combat turn for each creature i own?

You get another combat zone for each creature you control, because you do copy it that many times. BTW nice combo.

I assume you mean "combat phase"; a "combat zone" doesn't exist, and zones are game areas, not parts of a turn (steps and phases are parts of a turn).

In general, cards do what they say. Seize the Day says you untap the target creature and get an extra combat step and an extra main phase. If you copy Seize the Day, you double up on all of those effects.

Note also that ownership of a creature is different from control. The owner of a card is the player who began the game with that card in his or her deck. The controller of a card is the player who controls that card as a spell or permanent at the current moment. Zada, Hedron Grinder cares about creatures you control, not creatures you own.

You should also not that the copies will only untap the creature they are targeting once, so between all of the additional combat steps you get, your creatures won't be untapping. Kinda puts a damper on the combo if you don't throw in some sort of mass vigilance effect.
