Zada and Pyromaster's Ascension

If Pyromaster's Ascension is on the battlefield with no counters and I cast a spell that targets Zada, Hedron Grinder (thus copying the spell for each creature I control), will I get 1 counter or no counters?

Remember to link all cards in your question. Pyromaster's Ascension doesn't exist so I assume you mean Pyromancer Ascension.

Assuming that you're casting one with the same name as a card in your graveyard, you get one counter. There's no interaction between the two because neither one of them creates copies that're cast, rather copies that're put directly onto the stack. If a copy is cast the card will say so like with Isochron Scepter.
