YOU and Xantcha, Sleeper Agent

Who is you? If i have her on The field and i use The abillity, who is you? The card peber? Controller? Or abillity user?
When a card refers to "you," it's the controller of the spell or ability in question. In the specific case of Xantcha, Sleeper Agent , the controller of the third ability is whoever activates it, given that any player may activate it.
For an example, say Alice cast Xantcha, Sleeper Agent , and chooses Bob to gain control of it. Alice is the permanent's owner, but Bob is its controller. Xantcha can't attack Alice or her planeswalkers.
Cam then activates the third ability by paying . While Alice is Xantcha's owner and Bob is its controller, Cam is the controller of the ability. So "You draw a card" in the ability is specifically referring to Cam. Cam draws a card, and Bob loses 2 life. If Bob activates the ability, he's going to both draw a card and lose 2 life.

"You" in an ability's text refers to the person who controls the ability. Generally that is only the permanent's controller, but Xantcha is special, and anyone can activate and thus control her ability. See Rule 602.2
So, in this case, whoever activates the ability gets to draw a card.
