If I use Yasova Dragonclaw's ability to take something like Goblin Rabblemaster do i get Goblin Rabblemaster's token?

No, you will not. Both cards trigger at the beginning of combat on your turn. Since you do not control them both at the specific time period, only the Yasova will trigger.
