X/X creature with The Mimeoplasm?

When I target with The Mineoplasm's 2nd ability (+1/+1 counter) Tarmogoyf will it enter without counters? Or would it enter with how many cardtypes in my grave?

The Mimeoplasm's ability does not target, as it is a static replacement effect that modifies how it enters the battlefield. If the second creature exiled to it's only ability has a Characteristic-Defining Ability setting it's power and toughness, that ability will apply in all zones, including exile. Note that both cards will already be in exile by the time you check the power of the second card, so if it's CDA relies on information about the graveyard, it being in exile may be relevant (in this case, if there were only 2 creature cards in the graveyard, and both were exiled by The Mimeoplasm's ability, Tarmagoyf won't see "creature" as a card type in graveyards).

How you identify a CDA is if it's a static ability that meets these criteria:
1. It defines an object's colors, subtypes, power, or toughness (in this case you only really care about power).
2. It is printed on the card it affects, it was granted to the token it affects by the effect that created the token, or it was acquired by the object it affects as the result of a copy effect or text-changing effect.
3. it does not directly affect the characteristics of any other objects.
4. it is not an ability that an object grants to itself.
5. it does not set the values of such characteristics only if certain conditions are met.
