Would tokens generated by Daxos the Returned die from Starfield of Nyx

Would tokens generated by Daxos the Returned die from Starfield of Nyx? Tokens have a CMC of 0, but does the Starfield of Nyx replace the p/t of the tokens?

It would kill the tokens that are already in place, but not the one's put out after Starfield of Nyx is in play.

When two things try to set the power/toughness to a certain value, you always use the one with the most recent time stamp(when the ability came into play).

"Each permanent receives a timestamp when it enters the battlefield. Each spell or ability receives a timestamp when it resolves. To apply multiple continuous effects (which apply in the same layer) in timestamp order, apply the effect with the oldest timestamp first, then apply the one with the next oldest, and so on and so forth." - which means, when dealing with setting power and toughness to a specific number, the newest time stamped effect would be used.

  • note that the tokens get their own time stamp when they are put into play, as they have the power/toughness setting ability on them.

I am wrong. it will kill all the tokens. I forgot the following:

613.3. Within layer 7, apply effects in a series of sublayers in the order described below. Within each sublayer, apply effects in timestamp order. (See rule 613.6.) Note that dependency may alter the order in which effects are applied within a sublayer. (See rule 613.7.)

613.3a Layer 7a: Effects from characteristic-defining abilities that define power and/or toughness are applied. See rule 604.3.

613.3b Layer 7b: Effects that set power and/or toughness to a specific number or value are applied.

since a (on the token) is applied before B (on starfield), then the tokens will all die...sorry for the incorrect response.
