Would Kresh the Bloodbraided ability work with tokens being sent to the graveyard?

i was just gonna use hie ability and Proosh, Skyraider of Kher to kinda do like a combo attack..

Creature tokens are creatures and do go the graveyard when they are killed, even though they cease to exist shortly after.
