Would Enchanted Evening cause lands to count as nonlands?

I am making a deck based on Sphinx's Tutelage and was wondering if Enchanted Evening would cause milled lands to repeat the process. If not, are there any cards that would cause the desired effect?

The answer to your question is no. Permanents are only cards in play, and Sphinx's Tutelage asks for cards not in play. Also, it says in addition to other types, so they would also be lands anyway.
