would Daring Apprentice become untapped if i use his ability and the regenerate him???

so i have a Daring Apprentice on the battlefield enchanted with Blessing of Leeches if a tap and sacrifice Daring Apprentice and pay 0 to regenerate him with Blessing of Leeches would he become untapped?????

Regeneration only saves a creature from being destroyed, either by lethal damage or by a destroy effect. Sacrifice is neither of these.
Regeneration also taps the regenerated permanent; it doesn't untap anything.

You can't regenerate a creature you sac.
