Will this double my mana?

If playing a Riku of Two Reflections commander deck I play Nature's Revolt will all my future lands enter the battlefield as creatures? If so, can I use Riku's ability to pay to make a token copy of every land I play?

Yes. Just remember that lands that are creatures are subject to summoning sickness, so you won't be able to tap them for mana.

Yes and yes.

Note, however, that your land-creatures will be affected by summoning sickness, so you won't be able to use their tap abilities the turn they enter the battlefield.
