Will Scion of the Ur-Dragon's effect tuck him with Lightning Shriker?

I am wondering on the interaction between Scion of the Ur-Dragon and Lightning Shrieker. If I use Scion of the Ur-Dragon's ability to copy Lightning Shrieker, at the end of the turn, since Lightning Shrieker's ability will happen first, would I end up tucking Scion?

Yes.

Note that you can't use the command zone replacement effect either (unless you're playing by French rules) because it doesn't apply to tucking.

The operative words here are "at the beginning of the end step" versus "until end of turn". There are two separate steps in the end-of-turn phase:

• The End Step, which is when all the "end-of turn" triggers like the one on Lightning Shrieker trigger
• The Cleanup Step, which is, among other things, when "until end of turn" effects end (other stuff happening in this step includes: damage is removed from creatures; players with 8 or more cards in hand discard cards until they have 7)

The End Step comes before the Cleanup Step, so your Scion of the Ur-Dragon, which would be a copy of Lightning Shrieker until the Cleanup Step if left unperturbed, still has the triggered ability when the End Step arrives. The ability then triggers and shuffles the scion away.
