will Pattern of Rebirth work with Child of Alara?

In general, you should try to be more specific in your questions. If you want to know whether you can order abilities to achieve a certain effect, for example, then describe that order.

because i was thinking that the child would also destroy Pattern of Rebirth....

When Child of Alara dies, Pattern of Rebirth will be put into its owners graveyard as a state-based action because it's an aura that isn't enchanting anything. It won't even be on the field at the time Child of Alara's ability is put onto the stack let alone when it resolves.
However, you do have to make a choice about which way to order the two dies triggers; if you resolve Pattern of Rebirth's ability first, whatever creature you find will be destroyed when Child of Alara's ability resolves.

Yes. They both trigger and go on the stack at the same time since they're both triggered by the same event, just be sure to put Child of Alara on top so it resolves first or it will destroy the creature Pattern of Rebirth fetches.
