Will Overgrowth produce two green mana on top of Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx Devotion effect?

I was curious, due to how Overgrowth states that it adds two Green to your mana pool when the land is tapped for mana, but another player believes that it only produces the two green mana. This question is mainly for clarification.

It is added on top of any other mana produced by the land. Since the second ability is a mana ability, as Gatherer says:

9/15/2013: The second ability is a mana ability. It doesnt use the stack and cant be responded to.

Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx will produce some mana from its ability, lets say you tap it for White devotion and you have 5 white symbols.

You will get in your mana pool, then Overgrowth will trigger and add to your mana pool afterwards, for a total of 7 mana.
