If Mardu Strike Leader was cast for it's dash cost and during the battle step it gets destroyed will he return to my hand?

No, Mardu Strike Leader and any card cast with a Dash cost will go to the graveyard if it is destroyed. The reminder text says "it's returned from the battlefield to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step."
