Will I lose drawing whole deck with Ad Nauseam and Phyrexian Unlife?

As in question.

I have on battlefield Phyrexian Unlife and I cast Ad Nauseam . If I draw whole deck losing for example 100 life. I'll stay on -100 or I lose life separately for each card and will get poison counters just after getting 0 or less?

Ad Nauseam does not deal damage, it causes life loss. The difference does not come up often, but this is a case where it does. Whether you cast Angel's Grace or have a Platinum Angel out or a have Phyrexian Unlife on the battlefiled, you cannot lose when you cast Ad Nauseam .

You will simply be -100 life, which is perfectly fine as long as any of the above cards is still in effect. The moment their effects are offline, you will lose the game the next time state based actions are checked.
