Will Ajani and Gisela Together Prevent All Damage?

If a player controls both Ajani Steadfast and Gisela, Blade of Goldnight and activates Ajani's third ability, will the emblem and Gisela together prevent all damage that is dealt to their controller?
I think either way you will be dealt at least 1 damage. Because if the emblem is activated and 1 damage is being sent your way, Gisela will prevent half but it is rounded up. So 1/2 rounded up is still 1.

DMoney31 - the amount of damage you are preventing is being rounded up, not your life total. In this case, you would be preventing .5 damage, which is rounded up to 1 damage being prevented.
For it to work as you said, the text would have to read:
If a source would deal damage to you or a permanent you control, instead it deals half as much damage, rounded up.

If you apply the replacement effects in the correct order, yes. If you mess up and say you are applying Gisela first, then you take 1 damage (assuming there was damage left being dealt.)
