who is 'you' in the Ensnaring Bridge text?

Asked by nickiru 9 years ago

If i play Ensnaring Bridge and I got 1 card in my hand and the enemy has 5, is it where the enemy with 5 cards can't attack unless their creature is 5 or less? or 1 because I have1 in my hand which is 'you' in the card text?

Or, is 'you' referring to the player attacking?

"You" and "your hand" refers to the controller of Ensnaring Bridge , in this case, the player with one card in their hand (not gonna say "you").

SWEET, that makes this card amazing, no one can attack when I burn through my hand. :D

Until they declare Ornithopter as an attacker and then throw a Giant Growth on it. I think that would work anyways.
