I'm assuming you mean what happens when one player controls both of these, rather than two different players each having one of them.

Basically you can choose what order they resolve in.

When multiple objects trigger at the same time, players put them on the stack in active player/inactive player order (the active player is the one whose turn it is). Players put their generated triggers on the stack in whatever order they wish. Remember of course that the top-most object will be the first to resolve, and so on.

The stack is a zone in Magic where spells and abilities go to eventually resolve and have their effect. Objects on the stack always resolve top-down; the object most recently put on the stack will resolve first. The top-most object on the stack resolves only after both players pass priority consecutively. After an object resolves it is removed from the stack and the object directly under that becomes the top-most object, and so on.

So if you put the Sultai Ascendancy trigger on first and then Nyx Weaver 's, Nyx Weaver 's ability will resolve first. You'll mill 2 cards, and then resolve Sultai Ascendancy .

If you do it the opposite way, (Nyx on the stack, and then Ascendancy), Sultai Ascendancy will resolve first, and then Nyx Weaver will mill 2 cards.
