who gets the "enter the battlefield" effect of ravenous chupacabra?

opponent has Chromeshell Crab face down. It is my turn. I play Ravenous Chupacabra , It enters the battlefield. My opponent flips Chromeshell Crab face up targeting his Chromeshell Crab and my Ravenous Chupacabra exchanging control of cards. do I get the enter the battlefield effect of ravenous chupacbra or does my opponent steal the effect with the card.

You will still get the ETB ability, as the ability exists independently of the creature.

603.3a A triggered ability is controlled by the player who controlled its source at the time it triggered, unless it’s a delayed triggered ability. To determine the controller of a delayed triggered ability, see rules 603.7d–f.
