Where does Archwing Dragon go when I cast Skybind and exile it?

Where does Archwing Dragon end up when I cast Skybind and exile it?

Does it go back to hand at the next end step? Or my next end step? Or something else??

Archwing Dragon's own ability triggers at the beginning of the end step, just like Skybind's delayed triggered ability. At the time they'Re put on the stack and resolve, the "beginning of the end step" moment has passed, so Skybind will return Archwing Dragon to the battlefield. However, at the beginning of the next end step - likely your opponent's - Archwing Dragon's ability will be triggered again and return it to your hand.

So then if I cast a Flash enchantment like Stasis Snare during my opponent's turn then Archwing Dragon would end up in play until my next end step again?

Here's what will happen, assuming it's your second main phase and you have the Dragon on the field.

  1. Skybind's triggered ability will trigger, targeting Archwing Dragon, exiling it.

  2. At the end step, Skybind will return the Dragon to your battlefield.

Because the "Beginning of the end step" has already happened, Archwing Dragon's triggered ability won't happen until your OPPONENT'S end step.

About Stasis Snare, I'm not really sure what you're asking. If you Skybind, and then cast Stasis Snare targeting the dragon with Skybind's triggered ability, then it will return during their end step and you can use it again.

TL;DR: When the triggers for "The beginning of the end step" are put on the stack, it's already in the middle of the end step, so if anything were to enter with one of those triggered abilities, nothing will happen.
