When will the ability of Fraying Sanity trigger?

If i cast a spell that mill my opponent during my turn, will the ability of fraying sanity trigger at my end step? or will it just trigger during the opponent's turn?

It will trigger at the begining of your endstep because Fraying Sanity explicitly says "At the begining of each end step..."
