When is the damage dealt by Ugin's Conjurant determined?

When Ugin's Conjurant is in combat I understand any damage dealt to it will be done in the form of removing counters.

My question is how much damage does Ugin's Conjurant deal back to the opposing creature? Let's assume Ugin's Conjurant is a 5/5 blocking a 3/3

All combat damage is dealt simultaneously. Ugin's Conjurant deals 5 damage to the 3/3 and the 3/3 deals three damage to the Conjurant. The results of the damage is 5 damage marked on the 3/3 killing it if it doesn't have indestructible, and 3 counters removed from the Conjurant.
