When does Aspect of Hydra resolve?

Scenario: At the start of my upkeep I cast Aspect of Hydra when my devotion to green is 3 (so I would get +3/+3). Afterwards, but still during my upkeep, I sac Llanowar Augur for it's ability. Does Aspect of Hydra resolve so I get the +3/+3 or will it give me +2/+2 because I lost some devotion? Basically does it resolve before or after the sac?

Once Aspect of Hydra resolved (in your scenario,it would be between casting it and activating Llanowar Augur), the bonus it granted became a fixed amount. Therefore, it would buff the targeted creature by +3/+3.

To clarify, if you let Aspect of Hydra resolve before sacrificing your Llanowar Augur, then you'll count Llanowar Augur toward your devotion. If you sacrifice Llanowar Augur before Aspect of Hydra resolves, then you won't count Llanowar Augur toward your devotion.

Spells and abilities that require information about the game state determine that information as they resolve. Changing your devotion to green before your Aspect of Hydra resolves will change the buff it confers. However, once Aspect of Hydra resolves, the buff that it confers is locked in and won't change later on.
