Wheel of Fortune + Phyrexian Tyranny kill order question

Let's say everyone has 7 cards and no mana open. If I'm playing my Nekusar deck and everyone at the table has relatively low life including myself, can I cast Wheel of Fortune with Phyrexian Tyranny out and, since I have priority, have everyone else draw first, thereby winning the game? Or do I have to draw for it to resolve and the game draws?

This has nothing to do with priority.

Wheel of Fortune causes everyone to discard then draw simultaneously. Phyrexian Tyranny triggers for each draw. Because you control all of these triggers, you choose the order in which they are stacked. You can choose to put the triggers that would kill you onto the stack first, then the triggers for your opponents onto the stack above them. As each ability resolves, your opponents will slowly die off and you'll (at some point) be the only player left in the game.
