What would happen if you use Oracle of Dust with Leyline of the Void on the battlefield?

Let's say I have a Leyline of the Void on the battlefield and I use an ability like Oracle of Dust's ability. Will I be able to use the ability? Or is it that, due to the replacement effect, you can't use the ability because it needs to go to the graveyard in the first place? I'm also asking for interactions between the leyline and Wasteland Strangler and/or Ulamog's Nullifier.
Also, exiling an exiled card this way makes that card a new object, so it can stop things from being imprinted or brought back with an Oblivion Ring.

You would still be able to loot. The ability of the Oracle just cares that you try to move the card from exile into the gy. Whether it goes to the gy or not, would not prevent you from looting.
