What happens with illusions?

If you have a couple illusions such as Phantasmal Bear andPhantasmal Dragon on the battlefield and then play Coat of Arms, Obelisk of Urd, or Door of Destinies and choose illusions, will you be forced to sacrifice them?

You will not.
An effect only targets if it actually uses the word "target" in it, like in Doom Blade. Compare that to Wrath of God, which doesn't use the word target, so it can get around things like hexproof for example.
