What happens when you tuck Hanweir, the Writhing Township?

Asked by Postmortal_Pop 7 years ago

So my opener had Hanweir, the Writhing Township on the battlefield, I draw into Chaos Warp and we promptly stop the game to look up rulings because neither of us were sure about how that would work.

We played it as both meld cards got shuffled into the library but I felt I should probably make sure that's how it goes down.

Did we play this right or is there something we overlooked?

That's suppose to be opponent not opener..

That's correct. For the purposes of moving a melded card from one zone to another, treat the melded card as one object. Both cards get shuffled in, face up, and then one card is revealed.
