What happens when you play Morbid Curiosity sacrificing a Spark Double?

If I have a Spark Double that's a copy of Lazotep Reaver on the battlefield and I cast Morbid Curiosity sacrificing the Spark Double, which CMC does the Morbid Curiosity "read"? That is, would I draw 2 or 3 cards?

cmc is one of the "copiable values" of a card. in this case, the cmc of the Spark Double is treated as 2.
