When War-Name Aspirant is blocked by Brimaz, King of Oreskos what happens to the token that can not block War-Name Aspirant "101.2. When a rule or effect allows or directs something to happen, and another effect states that it cant happen, the cant effect takes precedence." quoted from MTG Comprehensive rule book

The token created by Brimaz is never actively declared blocking, which is what War-Name Aspirant that ability refers to, in the same way the token created while attacking is never declared an attacker itself. So the Aspirant will be blocked by both Brimaz (because he was declared a blocker) and it's token (which was put on the battlefield blocking it).

BlueScope is correct. If a creature says that it cannot be blocked by "quality" it means that a creature with that "quality" cannot be declared as a blocker for that creature. This situation is the same as Brimaz attacking when an opponent controls Ghostly Prison where you don't have to pay for the token.
