What happens when enchantments that alter types leave the field?

What happens when Mycosynth Lattice leaves the field or Thran Lens?

Do all creatures loose the effects?

These cards have static abilities that change some characteristics of other/all permanents or cards. If they leave the battlefield, there is no ability that changes these characteristics anymore, so each permanent has only the characteristics defined on the card. So yes, all permanents affected by these cards will "lose the effects".

In this regard, the cards you named behave the same way as, for example, Goblin King or Privileged Position.
