What happens? Voidslime against Ninjutsu

The scenario: I attacked in with my Solemn Simulacrum , no blocks, I Ninjutsu in my Silent-Blade Oni , they respond with Voidslime . What happens? I had this happen on Untap.in and they told my my Oni went to the graveyard as a result. Is this correct?

I assume they target the Ninjitsu ability not the triggered ability. Whenever an activated ability is countered nothing after the colon will have an effect. In this instance Solemn Simulacrum will be returned to your hand and the Silent-Blade Oni will remain in your hand because none of the ability resolved.

No. Your Solemn Simulacrum would be in your hand because that's part of the cost to activate the ninjutsu ability. Silent-Blade Oni would remain in your hand.
Remember, you're not casting a spell. Countering the ninjutsu ability doesn't send anything to your graveyard.
