What happens to colossus hammer?

So if I use Saheeli sublime artifacter to turn Colossus hammer into an equip that is cheaper to equip and equip it to a creature with it's now much lower equip cost. What happens to it at the end of my turn when it reverts back to colossus hammer? Does it stay equiped?

Saheeli, Sublime Artificer , Colossus Hammer , Bonesplitter as a cheap equip artifact.
Yes, it will stay equipped. Nothing happened that would cause it fall off. Additionally, starting from the next turn the creature will start receiving the benefits of the hammer, instead of say Bonesplitter .
