What happens if Reality Strobe gets Spelljacked?

So I had something odd come up in a game: what happens if Reality Strobe gets countered by another player's Spelljack, then that player casts Reality Strobe on his turn (since it's a sorcery and SJ has no timing limitation)?

Does Reality Strobe get exiled and remain under Mr. Spelljack's control when it resolves? It seems like it would maybe but I'm a little vague on how ownership works when things start changing zones on me left and right.

When Reality Strobe does its self-exile the "you" in its Suspend ability will be talking to its owner (players can only control objects on the stack or battlefield, and the owner of an object never changes). Mr. Spelljack won't get any more uses out of it.

Ah okay, I thought that might be the case, but I wasn't sure of the reasoning behind it. I appreciate it.
