What happen if a creature with trample is blocked by more then one creature

If a 10/10 creature with trample attacks an is blocked by two 5/5 creature what happens is all damage then done to the creatures an none carried over to the player ?

Correct. In order to deal any damage to the defending player, the trampler must first assign lethal damage to each creature blocking it. Only the damage remaining afterward can be assigned to the player. A 10/10 trampler blocked by two 5/5s would need to assign 5 damage to each of the two blockers, leaving nothing left over to hit the player.
