What does the language of Medomai the Ageless mean in this specific scenario?

Medomai the Ageless x2 on the batllefield.

Is there any way that two turns can be gotten out of this situation? If just one Medomai the Ageless attacks, would the language of the 'not allowed to attack' allow the OTHER Medomai the Ageless to attack?

I'm asking because I have a stupid combo idea with Followed Footsteps.

Whenever a card's text refers to itself by name, it means "This object". Only very rarely to cards refer to other cards by name, and when they do it's pretty explicit, like Bubbling Cauldron.

That said, Medomai the Ageless can't attack in 'any' extra turn, regardless how the turn was created. An extra turn is one created by a spell or ability.

The extra turns created by two Medomais attacking are cumulative though, so at least you have that.

If I understand you correctly, you can have two Medomai the Ageless in play, then swing with both of them earning you TWO extra turns. On the two extra turns, Followed Footsteps will create you two more. But since you're in the extra turns, none of the Medomai the Ageless can attack due to the language of the card.

If all four are allowed to live, you swing with all four on the next "first" turn to get FOUR extra turns having a total of eight when it's all over. Then on the next "first" turn, swing with all eight for eight extra turns and so on and so forth...
