what about Stuffy Doll and the new Planeswalker damage rule

Will I still be able to kill a planeswalker with stuffy
So, will there be an erratum for Stuffy doll where it says: "Whenever Stuffy Doll is dealt damage, it deals that much damage to the chosen player or a planeswalker he controlls."
Thats a pitty, i dont think stuffy will be played ever again, if this is true. The card was difficult to rely on as it is, but will become utter rubbish if the card is not errataed

This is outside the realm of rules, but I think the change is irrelevant. Not being able to target planeswalkers when there are like 2 being played in Modern or 0 in Commander (barring the occasional superfriends deck) is hardly an issue.

The current oracle text is:
:As Stuffy Doll enters the battlefield, choose a player.Whenever Stuffy Doll is dealt damage, it deals that much damage to the chosen player.Tap: Stuffy Doll deals 1 damage to itself."
This indicates you can no longer kill planeswalkers with Stuffy Doll. I think that with the Dominaria release tomorrow, the rule and all errata will come into effect. Check gatherer once more next week to see if they have errata'ed it.
