Volcanic Offering and Retargetting

I cast Bonus Round . I cast Volcanic Offering . Does Bonus Round’s retargetting mean that I choose all 4 targets of the copy?

Yes, the use of "targets" in the textbox does indeed mean all of the targets chosen, whether you're normally meant to choose them or not.
