"View From Above" resolving and re-casting

Asked by chaoswalker 7 years ago

Let's say it is the end of the declare attackers step and I have a Battlewise Hoplite attacking. I then cast View from Above. It is my understanding that View From Above will return to my hand, and then upon resolving I regain priority and have the opportunity to cast it again before proceeding to the declare blockers step. Is this correct?

Yes, that's how it works. After a spell/ability resolves the active player gets priority. The game will move to the next step or phase if all players pass over an empty stack, but you can of course choose to take an action instead of passing.
