Vial Smasher and casting cost

If i use Ancient Stone Idol and some one is attacking me with 10 or more, so i Can cast it for 0, Will Vial Smasher Deal 10 or 0 damage?

Vial Smasher the Fierce is the full name of the card--you've linked to a deck.

Vial Smasher cares about a cards converted mana cost, not how much was spent to cast the card. So, for Ancient Stone Idol, the CMC will always be 10, even if you cast it for a reduced cost.

There are only two cases where a card's converted mana cost will change:

1. Spells with X in their cost. Fireball, for example, has a converted mana cost of 1 in any zone other than the stack. When it is on the stack, its converted mana cost is equal to the amount spent--so, if you cast it when X = 5, the converted mana cost would be 6.

2. Split cards. Split cards have a converted mana cost equal to the total cost of both cards anywhere other than the stack. On the stack, the converted mana cost is equal to the total cost of the sides cast. So, Profit // Loss has a converted mana cost of 5 normally, and, when on the stack, either: a converted mana cost of 2 if you only cast Profit; a converted mana cost of 3 if you only cast Loss, or a converted mana cost of 5 if you cast both fused together (fuse will not be relevant for cards with Aftermath/non-fuse split cards).
