Venser, Shaper Savant and the emblem from Venser, the Sojourner.

If i return a spell that i cast to my hand with Venser, Shaper Savant while i have an emblem from Venser, the Sojourner will the returned spell still trigger the emblem for the exile?

The emblem's ability triggers when you cast the spell. The ability is put onto the stack before you even get priority to cast Venser, Shaper Savant . Removing the spell will not interfere with the ability.

Yes it will, in fact, it has already triggered.

The spell you returned to your hand (let's say it's Boomerang ) has already triggered Venser, the Sojourner 's emblem. This is because the only way Boomerang would be a legal target for Venser, Shaper Savant 's ability is that it's already on the stack, which means you (probably) cast Boomerang , which would have triggered Venser, the Sojourner 's emblem as soon as you finished casting Boomerang .
