venser and Conjurer's Closet

if i use Venser, the Sojourner +2 ability, when the creature comes back during the end step can i have that same creature be the target of Conjurer's Closet?

No, that won't work. Because Conjurer's Closet's triggered ability has a target, you have to choose the target when you first put it onto the stack. At that time the exiled creature isn't on the battlefield yet because you're also only just now putting Venser's delayed-triggered ability onto the stack.
