Please use double square brackets to link cards. It's the easiest way to make sure everyone reading your question understands what's going on. Vela the Night-Clad, Rite of Replication

An ability that triggers when an object leaves the battlefield (including "dies" triggers) will use information about the game from the last moment that object was on the battlefield to determine if and how it triggers. In your example, all 6 Velas were on the battlefield right before the Legend rule made you put 5 of them into the graveyard. That means all 6 of them will trigger 5 times each, and 6 x 5 = 30.

Each opponent will lose 30 life, which is different from dealing 30 damage, but yes, each Vela the Night-Clad sees the 5 that die and trigger 5 times each. If the Rite of Replication is targeting an opponent's Vela only 4 die with only 5 seeing the deaths resulting in 20 triggers for 20 life loss from each opponent.
