Utvara Hellkite and Dragon Tempest interaction

If Utvara Hellkite uses its ability to create a 6/6 red dragon creature token with flying while Dragon Tempest is active, do these flying creature tokens have haste upon creation?
Tylord2894 sorry if my wording was off it actually doesn’t matter if it has haste right at the instant of creation. I’m just wondering if I will be able to attack with that token the same turn it’s created, thus creating another token, infinitely repeating the process.

So, the token that you create is capable of attacking since it has Haste; however, you have already declared attackers for that combat. If you want to attack with the token that turn, you need some effect that gives you another combat phase. So, you won't (easily) be able to make infinite attackers.

Tylord2894 That makes sense, thanks! Scourge of the Throne comes to mind there. Alas even if the haste is largely useless for the tokens most of the time, the damage dealing effect is still nice to have. Thanks again for your help!

No, the token that Utvara Hellkite creates will not have Haste as it enters the battlefield. When the token enters, Dragon Tempest will trigger. When that trigger resolves, the token will gain Haste.
Is there a specific interaction when you want the token to enter with Haste?
