Undead Alchemist effect timing

What would happen when a creature gets milled if I had an Undead Alchemist in play and a Syr Konrad, the Grim also in play? On a related note, how would The Haunt of Hightower in place of Syr Konrad? I was playing a mill deck and these questions came up.

Since you control both triggers you would get to decide the order they go on the stack, and therefore the order they resolve. The timing doesn't really matter though. because once the card has been milled all three cards will trigger and then they don't care what happens to the card after that.
