tymaret the murder king

so just to double check can Tymaret, the Murder King first ability be used instantly or is it limited by summoning sickness?

Summoning sickness prevents two things: Attacking, and using an activated ability with the tap (or untap) symbol. Neither of Tymaret, the Murder King 's abilities have the tap symbol in them, so you may use them immediately.

Summoning sickness only prevents you from attacking and from using abilities with or in their costs.

Tymaret, the Murder King 's ability doesn't do any of those things, so you're fine.
