can I use Panharmonicon to choose two colors with Caged Sun ?

This will not work.

Caged Sun 's enter the battlefield ability is a replacement effect modifying how the card enters the battlefield--rather than it merely entering, you have to make a choice as part of its entry. Replacement effects occur simultaneously with when the event would normally occur--they do not use the stack. That this is a replacement effect is signaled by the "As [card name] enters the battlefield" language.

Panharmonicon only doubles triggered abilities. Triggered abilities will use "when",. "whenever", or "at" to signal their occurrence and use the stack. Since Caged Sun 's ability is a replacement effect, not a triggered ability, Panharmonicon is not implicated by the ability.

Rules:

614.1c Effects that read “[This permanent] enters the battlefield with . . . ,” “As [this permanent] enters the battlefield . . . ,” or “[This permanent] enters the battlefield as . . . “ are replacement effects.

603.1. Triggered abilities have a trigger condition and an effect. They are written as “[When/Whenever/At] [trigger condition or event], [effect]. [Instructions (if any).]”
